PT PROM performed under general anesthesia The figure 8 wrap on the right wing had slipped down off the elbow. 026 was induced and maintained on isoflurane Eyes were lubricated with optixcare and heart and respiratory rate were monitored every 5 minutes or less throughout the procedure. While under anesthesia the wrap was removed, the wing was massaged and put through passive range of motion. The was very mild instability of the fracture site at the right metacarpals. A SAM splint was replaced on the right metacarpal region and the wing was wrapped in a figure 8 pattern with vetrap. Scabbing was noticed over the left carpus so a carpal bumper was placed to protect the site. Recovery from anesthesia was smooth and no complications were encountered.
